  I have been selling my old scrap to Highett for a number of years now. Working as an electrician means that I often have old wiring and other metal lying around that I no longer need or can use so, instead of throwing it into the rubbish, I have found great comfort in being able to sell it on for recycling. I have always found the team to be pleasant and helpful - it's nice to walk in and be greeted by name. Personal service really isn't all that come these days, so it's nice to see that some good old fashioned customer service still exists.

  We melt down all our own metal, and I must say that Highett Metal are great if you're after some high quality scrap pieces. It doesn't matter whether we call up on a Monday or a Friday - they always have the type of scrap we're after in stock. And it's always of a high quality. Thank you for your dedicated service and helpful staff - you've got us as customers for life.
